This 3D model of a modern office furniture set comes with six color options for photorealistic renderings, close-ups, and general 3D use. While it features over a million polygons, the model isn't optimized for low poly mesh. Ideal for decorative compositions, this cozy furniture piece creates an inviting atmosphere in any room. The 3D model contains 1.069 million polygons and 713 thousand vertices. It includes materials such as Antracite Gray, Black Linen, Black Leather, Mustard Linen, Tobacco Linen, and Wine Velvet, with some exceeding a 20MB file size. Textures include four 4096x4096 diffuse maps for red, green, blue, and brown colors, as well as two matching bump textures of the same size. The UVs are thoroughly unwrapped, with overlapping parts for repeating elements. Created using 3ds Max 2013 with V-Ray materials, the original file also includes a universal OBJ version without V-Ray materials for compatibility across lower 3ds Max versions and non-Vray users. The OBJ format retains the original five and six-gon polygons for subdivision purposes. Although the OBJ version may not include all color options, they can be easily restored by applying the desired diffuse texture. The last two materials don't require a diffuse texture. All preview images are rendered with V-Ray, and the model is clean, centered at origin, and has real-world scale, without additional lights, cameras, or background elements.
