The Oerlikon 20 mm cannon, initially deployed in WWI, has seen service throughout history including WWII, with models employed by US, UK, Germany, and Japan. Mounted in aircraft or as anti-aircraft guns on land and sea, it could fire at a rate of 450 rounds per minute with a range of 2000 meters. The ammunition is fed through a 60-round drum magazine placed on top of the gun, available in single and twin configurations.
