ODROID X2 to MLAB breakout frame
thingiverse
Human: A Breakout Frame That Turns the ODROID-X2 Into a Powerhouse for MLAB Prototyping. This brilliant design takes the mechanically weak PCB board of the ODROID-X2 and converts it into an extremely durable setup for MLAB electronic prototyping and development. The breakout frame cleverly employs standard M3x12mm screws and nuts that are widely used in the MLAB system. Instructions This innovative breakout frame is perfect for printing on any 3D FDM printer. It can be made using either ABS or PLA plastic, but be sure to inspect your print settings before starting the job. One thing to note: the design includes bottom holes for nuts that need to be covered by a single layer of material during printing. Your slicing software will automatically generate a bridge over these holes. Once printed, drill out those bridges using a 3mm drill and you'll be ready to assemble your creation! To mount your ODROID board securely, insert hexagonal nuts into the prepared holes from the bottom up. Next, screw in M3x12mm screws from the top side. Want to see the breakout frame in action?
