Odroid H2 Sled

Simple Sled for Odroid H2. https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-h2/ This design mounts 2 x 2.5 drives below mainboard keeping clearance for ram and nvme drive. The design allows for simple protection on my typically crowded desktop. The pc board is supported off desktop and sled also secures the hard drives. It also provides enough extension on sata side to suggest clearance for sata cables. It also includes 100mm vesa spaced slotted holes for hanging assembly on back of monitor Assembly uses m3 cap head screws for HDD, and captured m3 nuts for mainboard (see section view). A small surface was added at diameter change to avoid using supports. Clear the obstruction with small file and use longer screw to snug-in the m3 nuts before mounting mainboard. The assembly, H2 and sled are supplied in Designspark v4 format (.rsdoc). The OdroidH2 and baseplate are also supplied as sat (ACIS) files and STEP files. There is also an Acrobat 3d pdf for assembly. The odroidH2_sled_assy.rsdoc also includes a single drive version of baseplate that uses stand-offs for supporting mainboard (not exported). The simplest way to convert rsdoc or scdoc files to step (without buying the workbench) * rsdoc file converted to sat using rsdoc_to_sat https://github.com/arekm/rsdoc-to-sat * sat file converted to step file using grabcad https://workbench.grabcad.com several reference step files are from grabcad (hdwe and pin header)
