This is my design of a blade rack for Odroid h2 https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-h2/.
It is 4U high including about 1cm above and below for airflow, each bay has a 40mm fan, I used (http://www.fractal-design.com/home/product/casefans/silent-series-r3/silent-series-r3-40mm), spacing of fan holes should be 32x32mm.
It will host 7 Odroid H2 units. In future releases I might replace one of the bays to mount power supplies for the fans and maybe the H2's.
I use them for virtualization with Ovirt (http://www.ovirt.org).
Blades are designed to use hardkernels power button (https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/led-power-button/).

Bay Parts
Bay.stl 7
Bay-Cable-Holder.stl 7
Bay-Slider.stl 14
Bay-Tag.stl 7
Bay-Tag-1.stl Used for MMU printing with Bay-Tag.stl
Bay-Tag-2.stl Used for MMU printing with Bay-Tag.stl
Bay-Tag-3.stl Used for MMU printing with Bay-Tag.stl
Bay-Tag-4.stl Used for MMU printing with Bay-Tag.stl

Blade Parts
Blade-Base.stl 7
Blade-Back.stl 7
Blade-Bottom.stl 7
Blade-Front.stl 7
Blade-Top.stl 7
Black-Lock-Peg.stl 7
Blade-Lock-Button.stl 7
Blade-Lock-Button-1.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Lock-Button-2.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Lock-Button-3.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Lock-Button-4.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag.stl 7
Blade-Tag-1.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-2.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-3.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-4.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-5.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-6.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-7.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Tag-8.stl Used for MMU printing otherwise
Blade-Handle.stl 14

Rack Ears
Rack-Ear.stl 2 (They are symmetric so just flip them around no need to flip in slicer)

Hardware
4pc M4 threaded rods length 440mm
8pc M4 nuts and washers

Each blade requires
8pc M3x10 Countersunk
6pc M3x5 Not Countersunk
2pc M2.5x?
