Odometer large gear (Z48-z12) for MB W126 / BMW E28

I have made this 3D model by measuring the original, but broken gear. To create gearset, I have used this gear generator: https://evolventdesign.com/pages/spur-gear-generator To make a spatial model from 2D dxf or svg, you can use FreeCAD: https://www.freecad.org/ You can see a 1st gear on the third photo, 3D printed more than 3 years ago by a Prusa SL1 using Prusa Transparent Tough material. I have used this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:949801 I used this printed gear for 2.5 years in my W126. I have just found some green, sticky residue on the surface of the gear while disassembled the odometer because of the defective 2nd gear. Maybe it caused by the reaction between the lubrication and the resin. Parameters: D = 25 mm Z = 48 teeth d = 7 mm z = 12 teeth
