Odile The Swan (with fitting for crystal eye)
thingiverse
I've updated my underlying design so that a perfectly symmetrical crystal, such as one produced using 3D printing, can now function seamlessly as an optical lens or eye-like structure, regardless of whether it has any inherent focal characteristics or not. The modification is based on the idea that with an average diameter of approximately four millimeters when printed to its maximum possible size, the flat backed crystal model I've introduced can provide optimal vision capabilities despite its unyielding material nature and lack of refractive power.
