This is a Thingiverse model which someone wanted to convert to NURBS. It does not look too complex, but the model is challenging as it is asymmetrical. I assume it was created with a freeform modeling tool.The STL file was imported, and used as a reference while building the SOLIDWORKS model over it. SW model is 2018, a step file is also included.
