This is a labor of love that's been in the works for several years now. My passion project involves an incredible Table tennis game in VR called Eleven Table Tennis, where I've mastered every trick in the book. Coming from actual Table tennis experience, the idea of grasping a controller that feels nothing like the real thing drove me absolutely crazy. After numerous trial runs and setbacks, I finally threw in the towel on my own design for a clamping mechanism - one that would be ridiculously simple, astoundingly light weight, and utterly resistant to even the most extreme degrees of motion both left and right, as well as twisting forces.
