It's not exactly glamorous, but it works. The maximum desk thickness is 26mm. To create the screw, set the layer height to .1mm and orient the square side downwards. For the body, print with the thread facing upwards on the printing surface. If you're using Simplify 3D, consider printing the first 5mm at a .1mm layer height, then switch to .3mm for the rest of the part. This is because the threads require fine detail and printing the entire thing at .1mm can be challenging. You might be able to get away with .2mm layers, but make sure you also print the screw at this resolution. Don't forget to add supports - 10% infill should suffice.
