Oculus Rift Strain Relief (TPU)

Strain relief designed specifically for the Oculus Rift (2018) video/headset cable fits snugly under the existing clip which you must remove to install it. The design cleverly transitions from stiff at the clip point to thinner towards the end allowing for a smooth, gradual curve. This model prints effortlessly with no supports needed when rotated flat-side down (-90 degrees Y). The inner channel features a flat top rather than a rounded one making bridging possible. I used SainSmart TPU and set my temperature to 225c. OpenScad model is included here for easy remixing or adjustments as desired. This design was inspired by Oculus Rift CV1 Strain Relief created by copprman on Apr 9, 2017 but built from scratch in OpenSCAD.
