Warning: This is still a work in progress, but I'm excited to share it with you. However, there's an issue with the right earphone that allows it to slide down on the pivot. Fortunately, this doesn't affect its function when wearing the headset. I plan to update the design to make it neater and more efficient, fix some tolerances, and add cable management features. The Oculus Rift S headphone mounts for Sennheiser HD 25II headphones cost $150. These are excellent sounding headphones with great passive noise isolation. This project was made using an old pair of Sennheiser HD 25II headphones that I had lying around. Installation is simple: just remove the screw from the headband pivot and remount to the printed brackets. No additional parts are needed. The headphones I used have a 1.5m cable with a right angle connection, but be aware that there are different models with longer straight cables which will need some modding to fit neatly.
