I modified the mounts from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3664007 with the beams from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3666505. I'm not sure if these work, I've printed them out, but my friend who has a Rift S won't be available to test fit them until July 11. Mounts need supports, but the beams don't. I adjusted the tolerances on this one to fit my printer better so it can mount the speakers. I kept breaking speaker holders on the original version for the ones I printed for my quest. These beams will support both Quest and Rift S, and the mounts are specifically designed for Rift S in this project. From another project: Please be aware that this print relies heavily on tight tolerances to work well. I recommend printing it in PETG at a 0.15 layer height. Beams I printed the beams with four perimeters and 25% gyroid infill. Mounts The mounts should be printed in the orientation provided, with supports, to ensure a smooth finish on the knob part that will slide into the dovetail on the beam. The rough finish above the supports will be hidden by the headband.
