I installed little caps on my Oculus Rift to create a headphone jack adapter. To make the adapter, I used an RCA to 3.5mm converter and trimmed off the ends. I wired it into the caps and secured them with some spare screws. The screw threads through the cap, holding down the wires as it tightens into the Oculus.
