Oculus Rift CV1 Prescription (rectangular) lens adaptor

The provided STL mesh is for a set of Zarruchi Z04 lenses with an IPD of 63mm. That link is a web archive link, since the product is no longer available on the site. The lens height is 39mm and width is 52mm. I based my design on jegstad's outer frame/holder by redoing it in FreeCAD and ensuring dimensions matched. I made some changes to the 'fingers' at the bottom to make it unique. I experimented with new expression-constraint features in FreeCAD 0.16, linking internal spreadsheets to adjust values. This should produce a printable model that fits tightly around pillowed-rectangle shaped lenses. Using old prescription lenses could be an option. I uploaded this design so others can use the measurements for the outer frame in the freecad model. If you decide to use this design, adjust the "LH" and "LENS" spreadsheets values first. The "UC" spreadsheet controls the outer shape, which shouldn't need adjustments. Cut out everything but one central 'holder' part, print it until it fits. Warning: This puts lenses very close to the rift's own Fresnel lenses (at least for my prescription), so be cautious! Note: Photos are from an earlier revision, and my final print was in black PLA, not green.
