Oculus Quest & Rift S Koss Porta Pro Flip Mount

This is a set of Koss PortaPro or Koss KSC75 Headphone Mounts that can be used for the Oculus Quest or the Oculus Rift S. It is mostly original, but parts (Clips to the headset, headphone arms/clips) are remixed from JorgTheElder's Take 5 Mounts. These designs use 8 10x3mm magnets to replicate the flip up/down behavior of the Original Rift headphones, and super glue or epoxy to secure everything in place. The Rift S mounts include a channel to feed the DP/USB cable through - you'll either need to move the attached Rift-S cable clip, or remove it altogether on the left side of the HMD. Both designs can be used with the same "arms" - the clips for the HMD fit both the same. I've included an adjustable version remixed from JorgTheElders design that better fits the Rift S due to the wider fit of the halo. The Quest version (non-adjustable) version of the Arms is printed in 2 pieces (QuestSwivelClip and QuestSwivelMountArm). The clip should be printed on it's side as in the file for strength. I separated the print into 2 pieces because fitting the headphone into the clip was snapping off at the layers when printed in one piece. (Use superglue or epoxy to secure the clip to the arm). To secure the magnets to the HMD clips, I suggest gluing 2 magnets at a time and using vice grip pliers to hold the clip "closed" while it drys. If you try to do more than that, the magnetic force will pull one side completely out (and get glue everywhere). I've had better experience printing with PETG, however PLA or other materials should work as well - you may need to play with the scale for a proper fit. (The tolerances are pretty tight for these models).
