I took inspiration from Amohren's outstanding pistol design, but encountered several problems with the original model. The data was marred by inaccuracies, necessitating an exhaustive cleanup process after printing to achieve a proper fit. I enhanced some of the fit, yet maintained tight tolerances so you can decide how snugly the components should come together. Additionally, I made it easier to print the barrel with minimal supports and strengthened its overall structure, greatly improving the likelihood of successful assembly. Following these revisions, I had much better luck getting everything to fit and stay together seamlessly.
