I scaled down the impressive model from amohren to make it fit comfortably on my Lulzbot Mini bed, which has a build volume of 150mm^3. The original barrel was slightly too large for the printer's dimensions, so I divided it into two parts that can be aligned and connected using a pin. To achieve a precise fit, you'll need to adjust the size of the pin according to your specific tolerances. Begin by scaling down the pin to around 95-97% of its original size. Since the part is relatively small, printing multiple iterations until you get a tight fit won't be a problem. Once you've obtained a snug connection, simply use super glue to secure it in place.
