I modified thatdude902's headband to incorporate cutouts for enhanced cooling effects. To achieve this design, I utilized his "taller, no logo" headband file as the base model. After some experimentation, it was discovered that adjusting the fit is essential to achieving a comfortable wear experience. If I were to print this revised design again, I would opt for Ninjaflex Semiflex filament due to its exceptional toughness and ability to bend without excessive stretching. This type of flexible yet firm material would provide an even more universal and comfortable fit.
