Oculus Quest 2 KIWI design Head Side Strap, Replacement Arms / Straps

My original white arms / straps on my KIWI head strap began going a horrible sickly yellow colour due to UV damage! not nice. Given the choice of retrobriting my straps, buying an entire new strap, trying to paint it or printing new ones, i decided to design and print new ones! Disassembly of the strap is easy enough. You may want to soften these with a hair dryer and bend to the same angel as originals to make fitting easier and make the operation a bit smoother 1. Remove from the Oculus and remove the head cusion etc 2. Remove the 4 screws on the very back 3. Use a spudger or similar under the round 'button like' white part to release the toothed strap sections (they just need levering out) Do not try and release them from the back 4. Replace with new 3D printed parts. Ensure both toothed sections are the same when re-assembled. Ideally, on the last tooth 5. Check the ratchet is engaged when tightening, not releasing, as this means you have them the wrong way round. 6. Reassmble This design was traced from the original part with a few small tweaks, it should work as a like for like replacement. Should be thin enough to flex, i printed in PETG to ensure strength
