The Master Mimic Octopus is the ultimate shape-shifter of the deep - not only can it change color to match its surroundings seamlessly, but it can actually contort itself to perfectly imitate underwater objects like coconuts, schools of fish and vibrant coral. This time, the cunning octopus has mastered the art of mimicking a majestic Christmas Tree. To bring this incredible design to life, print one each of outer legs, inner legs, outer legs headless, and inner legs headless, and snap them together precisely as shown in the diagram. You can also create a standalone version without the hole for the ornament hook by printing the "standalone" files instead. Additionally, you can print the ornaments and snap them into the little bends at the end of each arm. Tip: to add an extra layer of realism, print the octopus part in two colors by switching filaments halfway through the print, if your printer supports it. Then, when you assemble the ornament, make one color the "inside" color for a stunning layered effect (see photo).
