Create a curved octopus sculpture at your hackerspace and let an artist add a paintbrush for her hair. Share it on Facebook, inspiring requests for one. Upload it to Thingiverse with plans to later modify two tentacles into loops for chopstick holding. Size the octopus STL to fit your Cupcake's build platform, and increase tentacle size if desired. Form the finished product using a heat-resistant round object like an antique light bulb or old metal doorknob. Slowly heat with a heat gun until tentacles conform to the shape, avoiding melting or bends. Decorate it, place over a bun, and secure with a chopstick, paintbrush, or similar. Prepare for admiration from strangers.
