Here is a new approach that integrates a standard RasPi model B+ case with the sturdy MendelMax 2 bracket, complete with a custom-engraved OctoPrint logo on top - simply assemble it using left or right orientations to suit your setup. For optimal strength, use a combination of #4 wood screws and M3 bolts in place of t-screws on the frame. Instructions: To begin, print two parts: one bottom piece and one top part with the correct orientation for your configuration (use a 2mm layer thickness, infill at 25-50%, and 3 shells with no support needed). Assemble the entire assembly using #4x1/2" wood screws, positioning the RasPi B+ between the two parts. Finally, secure it firmly to the MendelMax 2 bracket by threading an M3 screw through the top and into a pre-existing T-nut. Important Note: Please note that this customized enclosure is specifically designed for the B+ model of RasPi (featuring four USB ports) and will not be compatible with earlier models such as A or B, which have only two USB ports.
