OctoPrint Pi 3B Case top w/ 40mm fan

I kept getting temp alarms in octoprint even after adding heat sinks so I wanted to add a 40mm fan. So just remixed these 2 projects to steal the fan mount from one and add to the default case top since I didn't need the buck converter space. And then added GPIO access as well. The fan needs to go outside the case for now, may work on stretching the case up to fit the fan inside.
