Print Settings Printer: Qidi Tech Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 60% Post-Printing Hardware Installation Remove old spool holders. Thread wires of load cell through base of spool holder and insert load cell into base. Wires need to be on side with hole. Insert M10 nut into side of base where wires for load cell are coming out. Tighten down base such that directional arrow on outer edge of load cell is pointing straight down. Base shouldn't turn afterwards. If problems tightening at right angle, try rotating M10 nut in base. Slide inner bearing piece over outside of load cell and secure with another M5 screw. Press bearing into spool_holder-single_bearing_end.stl Press section of PVC pipe over bearing end. Press same bearing onto spool_holder-inner_bearing.stl piece. Required Parts Printed parts 2x spool_holder-base.stl 2x spool_holder-inner_bearing.stl 2x spool_holder-single_bearing_end.stl Other hardware 2x 5 KG load cell 1x Hx711 control board or equivalent board reading two load cells 4x M5 16mm button head screws 2x M10 nuts. My Qidi Tech uses M10 bolts with a pitch of 1.5, but use what matches your printer. 2x 15mm ID, 35mm OD, 11mm thick, ball bearings 2x 1.5in inner diameter PVC tube, approximately 89mm in length (3.5in)
