Octopi Adapter Plate MK2S and MK3

While searching for an Octopi case for my Raspberry Pi 2 on my new Prusa i3 MK2S printer, I quickly realized there were many great choices available, but all of them had been created before the MK2S was released. I had already decided on hofftari's excellent case, and it had printed well before I noticed that the cable setup for the MK2S had changed. So, I began searching around and found jackrenter's adapter plate. However, I wanted to flip the Pi over to the outside edge of the Prusa, giving a more natural path for the Raspberry Pi's camera cable and properly orienting the USB cables. Thus, this adapter plate was designed to flip over the case and align with the right side of the Prusa frame. This design works on MK2, MK2S, and MK3 printers, as long as you are not using these holes for the MMU.
