OctoPi 2020 Extrusion Case & Pi Camera Case

This is a remix of 3DNublet's OctoPi case with some modifications. Modifications: 1) Increased Size of slot around SD Card to make it easier to use tweezers to remove card without having to open case. 2) Modified Fan cover to make it more efficient (less flashy) and stronger, easier to print. 3) Added Top case version with DB9 opening for 9 pin adapter for add-on's (E-Stop, Filament Sensor, Etc.) Additions: 1) CSI/HDMI Holes/mount and Camera adapter cover (Arducam). This allows the use of a standard HDMI Cable to attach Pi Cameras. Swaping camera's with the CSI Ribbon cable is not easy. Included: 1) Pi Camera Case with CSI/HDMI adapter inside.
