This is a back cover for https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/octocam-pi-zero-w-project-kit. The configuration of the nylon bolts is such that the bolt goes through the mount from the front, then the first nut is screwed on to hold it, then the raspberry pi , then the spacer then the cover and finally the second nut. (On an older octocam I had the spacers between the mount and the pi and a sponge spacer, but that configuration doesn't work with this design as the spacers need to be between the pi and the cover). Printed on Creality Ender 3 Pro.
