Octo PI & Camera mount
thingiverse
I have revised the design to space out the mount holes further apart and reinforced that area with additional gussets. You're right, mine snapped in that spot as well. This is a slide-in mounting system for a Raspberry Pi that's already nestled inside a Smraza case. These cases are made of laminated black plastic and clear plexiglass. I designed it this way because I have multiple uses for my Pi and can easily remove the USB connectors, then simply slide out the case. The camera is an Amazon purchase of a notebook or monitor mount camera. You can find the same one by searching for "Logitech HD Webcam C525, Portable HD 720p Video Calling with Autofocus". As you can see, I've printed it and it works great so far. The camera can tilt and pan manually. I hope this design will be useful to someone else.
