It shouldn't need supports or a raft. The whole figure can be printed in one bed. I've made it successfully without supports in SLA. You might have to sand the bottoms of the feet to get the figure to stand. On older FDM printers, you might want to print the torso with a small raft for a flat surface for gluing the legs.
