Octagon PRUSA Mk3 X/Y testing

Octagon PRUSA Mk3 X/Y testing

thingiverse

There's one thing about my PRUSA i3 Mk3 that gets under my skin, and I just can't shake it off. And unfortunately, I haven't been able to resolve the issue yet. I've recently printed an octagon for testing purposes. The results are quite impressive when moving only in the X or Y direction - the print comes out neat and clean. However, a noticeable vertical ridging appears at the x/y movement points...... Would someone be willing to make a test print using an Mk3 kit alongside an Original PRUSA assembled Mk3 so we can compare the two?
