UPDATE 3-Oct-2018: [tximy](https://www.thingiverse.com/tximy/about) remixes my lid for the Duet (2.0) Ethernet version - he even reworks all three lids! Thanks a lot, tximy! https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3114155 UPDATE 3-Aug-2018: Some fans may not fit properly due to larger screw holes on the outer flange. I used a Noctua fan and found that the screws are sunk down to the inner flange of the fan, making it difficult to attach. Check images above for more details. UPDATE 15-Mar-2018: Many users request shorter versions of the enclosure, so I create new designs that can be printed on smaller print beds. The original parts (Duet Enclosure Back V3 and Lid V3) require a 250mm bed, but the new versions are shorter and include: * Duet Enclosure V3 220: This version can be printed on a 220mm bed and includes all the same features as the original design. * Duet Enclosure V3 200: This version can also be printed on a 200mm bed but has reduced clearance between the fan and the box, making wiring more complex. STEP files are included for easy modification. I also add a video showing how to hot-press threaded inserts into the case: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NAN_7Os78-4 UPDATE 9-Mar-2018: Back and Lid revised to V3, which is not compatible with V2 models. Changes include: * Replacing single center lid screw with 4 perimeter screws for better stability * Enlarging wire hooks for improved cable management * Adding a slot to the side wall for PanelDue cable exit * Enlarging cable bundle slot at the bottom of the enclosure * Reducing lid thickness from 3mm to 2mm for faster printing * Removing features related to secondary fan mounting, as a single fan is sufficient for cooling Check attached photos for screenshots of all changes. --------------------------- This enclosure is designed for the Duet Wifi controller and fits 3030 extruded framing. Key features include: * Active cooling under stepper drivers using a 40x20mm fan * Wire management hooks to keep cabling organized without jamming cables into tight slots * Space to fit auxiliary boards, including M3 screw bosses for: + 5V 3A USB power jacks (http://amzn.to/2HUPW6H) + MOSFET (http://amzn.to/2ozFxFg) for powering bed heaters * Lugs for two 5-pin Wago connectors (221-415) to be used as terminal blocks (http://amzn.to/2FazZra) * Cable lugs with holes for 3mm nylon filament and compatible with Jason Canning's ball-joint cable covers (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2787748, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2735303, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2810713) Lid prints without support, while the back requires support under the external cable lugs.
