I USE A 16-TOOTHED IDLER PULLEY SET UP AND NOT THE STOCK PRUSA 20-TOOTH SMOOTH IDLER PULLEY!!!! YOU WILL NEED TO MODIFY YOUR X-END FOR THIS AS WELL. I ALSO DESIGNED THAT PART. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770019 Want to eliminate that offset on the back of your Prusa where the belt is secured? Ever notice that the X-Idler is larger than the stepper gear? Well, it is, and it causes torque on the belt. This design removes the 20T smooth Idler and replaces it with a 16T toothed belt that accurately matches the stepper gear. Torque is eliminated and the belt is now in a 1:1 ratio. Now that the Idler is toothed, it will also prevent any belt slippage. This makes for a very smooth printer!!
