OCD Prusa MK2/S X-Carriage Adjustable Tensioner.

***Update*** Original model did not allow smooth rods to go in all the way without drilling. I've added needed 8mm of depth, making smooth rods exactly like Prusa's. Apologies for those who printed this and encountered issue. This uses a 16T toothed idler pulley and not stock Prusa 20T smooth idler pulley! You'll need to modify your X-carriage for this as well. I've also designed that part. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770105 Here is my newly designed X-Belt Tensioner for the X Axis on Prusa MK 2/S and I believe 3. As you can see, the tensioner is internal to the original part so it fits exactly as stock. There's 5mm of movement, allowing for a tight tension. I used internal M3 hex-nuts and 20mm M3 hardware for the tensioning part. To assemble, add nuts, place halves together in mount, install pulley, and then install nut and bolt for pulley. Next, insert two 20mm M3's on side and tighten until insert is flush with mount. Assemble as usual, then tighten afterward. If you want to modify your Y-Mount for the belt as well, I've created this too. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2770134 Thanks, Jon
