Dear fellow makers, I'm reaching out to you for support and awareness about our ongoing protest. Initially, it was a sit-in against the demolition of the last park in Istanbul's city center. However, it quickly escalated into a nationwide protest as the police, armed with pepper spray and CS gas, attempted to arrest protesters and burn their tents at 5 AM on Friday morning.
