OC3 suction line adapters

UPDATE: Added suction line adapters for 6mm hose, 8mm hose & standard garden QR coupling (credit to Jackout for the garden hose coupling design used). Original part is an 18mm thread 1.5mm pitch (used on 12v diaphragm pump fittings). I didn't want to pay the nice people at karcher £15 for two bits of plastic and a piece of hose, especially when I already had some hose and a hose filter. So, I made this little adapter up based on the original OEM part. To make it work, you will need an O-ring - I used a 2mm x-section, 15.5mm o/d (11.5mm i/d), but similar sizes should fit and work. Material: ABS Layer height: 0.2mm Nozzle size: 0.4mm Supports: yes Print speed: 30mm/s Infill: 100% (ensures airtight/watertight print) To fit to the OC3: Remove the plastic depresser from the water inlet. Using the "+"-hole on the bottom of the adapter, remove the filter. Ensure the O-ring is seated correctly on the adapter and press firmly into the OC3 - do not twist! The OEM part is a twist lock, but mine is a simple push fit.
