OC3 Cone (Dog) Nozzles 45 & 90deg

Karcher demanded outrageous prices for their plastic nozzles so I took matters into my own hands and designed my own alternative. Update: Two additional cone-shaped nozzles have been added, one at a 90-degree angle and another at a 45-degree angle. Both nozzles feature smaller 1.5mm apertures and are stamped with their respective numbers for easy identification. This design tweak aims to refine the spray pattern and offer users the option of a wide or tight cone. This custom nozzle produces an optimal full cone spray pattern when used at the recommended flow rate for the OC3. The pressure is similar to the standard nozzle, but it's more evenly distributed, making it more comfortable for washing people, dogs, and other animals. The design features a simple push-twist-lock system identical to the original OEM part, requiring no additional components beyond printing and assembly. For best results, print the nozzle in ABS material and apply acetone smoothing to fully seal the part.
