<h4><i><strong>How do E3D nozzles manage to print all the nice colors? The secret is finally lifted — it’s unicorns and rainbows!</strong></i><br>&nbsp;</h4><p>I present:</p><h3>the #ObXidiCorn</h3><p>&nbsp;</p><blockquote><p>The ObXidiCorn is <i>E3D</i>'s sticker motive I designed for the new hardened <i><strong>ObXidian</strong></i> nozzles for the <i>Revo</i> quick change system.&nbsp;</p></blockquote><p>This is the 3D sculpted version of the motive.<br>It has been created as a fun nozzle storage solution for all 4 nozzles of the kit.</p><blockquote><p><i><strong>CAUTION: Be careful not to bend the stem or to damage the thread of the nozzles when inserting them into the holes!</strong></i></p></blockquote><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>01 ObXidiCorn – The Original version for high quality printing:</h4><p>Print this version scaled at 100% with a thin layer height (.05). Otherwise the <i>ObXidian </i>logo on the unicorn's belly will not turn out very good. 4 nozzles with a diameter of about 4mm at the stem can be stored.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h4>02 ObXidiCorn – no text – 100percent – normal print:</h4><p>This version also should be printed at 100% scale but can use coarser layer heights (~.2) because there is no <i>ObXidian</i> logo on the unicorn's belly. You can use this version when you have a <i>Revo </i>kit but no <i>ObXidian</i> nozzles.</p><h4>03 ObXidiCorn – scalable with logo – no holes – HQ print:</h4><p>Scale the <i>ObXidiCorn </i>to the size of your own liking. After scaling add the 4mm nozzle holes as a negative volume and place them where you want them (PrusaSlicer: right-click on ObXidiCorn &gt; Add negative volume &gt; Load …). Keep in mind that scaling <i><strong>down</strong></i> will influence the legibility of the <i>ObXidian </i>logo on the belly.</p><h4>04 ObXidiCorn – clean – scalable:</h4><p>Scale the <i>ObXidiCorn </i>to the size of your own liking. After scaling add the 4mm nozzle holes as a negative volume and place them where you want them (PrusaSlicer: right-click on ObXidiCorn &gt; Add negative volume &gt; Load …). You can use this version when you have a <i>Revo </i>kit but no <i>ObXidian</i> nozzles.</p><h4>Nozzle holes – negative volume:</h4><p>Use the “nozzle holes” STL to add custom nozzle storage holes to your <i>ObXidiCorn.</i><br>Remember to keep the size at 100% so the nozzles will actually fit.<br>Alternatively add cylinders with a diameter of 4mm as negative volumes.<br>(PrusaSlicer: right-click on ObXidiCorn &gt; Add negative volume &gt; Cylinder and scale X and Y to 4mm and place them where you want them)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><i>Print with supports. The underside may still not turn out pretty (steep overhangs).
