Obsession Board Game Insert (incl. Expansions)

This insert will hold all of the components for the following editions of Obsession and it's expansions, anything outside of this that you may have (1st ed, Useful Box, etc), I cannot say whether it will fit or not: Obsession base game - 2.2E / Wessex Expansion - 2.1E / Upstairs, Downstairs - 2.1P I've looked around for inserts for this game and it's expansions, but so far they haven't met the criteria I look for - 1. A spot for everything (no parts/pieces needing to be randomly placed in open gaps in the box. 2. Holds Sleeved cards (I used Sleeve Kings Standard and it works just fine). 3. Allow for vertical storage if needed. I achieved almost all of that. Here is where I landed: Standard Family Boxes - this are used for all family boxes (5 total) except for Wessex. This will accommodate the all starter tiles, servants, and reputation marker, as well as couple of extra markers for each family that came in Up/Down. It will allow for storage for Ponsonby's extra 3 coins, and also the Howard family's cook bonus. Wessex Family Box - this insert is modified to allow for the two additional tiles this family has as a bonus. Family Boards - This tray holds all 6 of the family boards as well as one of the two scorecards (there is one from base game, and one from Up/Down). That second scorecard is the only component that doesn't have a dedicated spot. That was not a deal breaker for me. This is the widest piece and to print the "Full" you will need a machine that has a print bed of around 300x300. There is also a split version that I included for smaller beds (a 200x200 should be enough with no skirt, as the longer piece of the two is 197mm wide). The split version of the tray is the green one in the pictures. Promo Tiles & Misc. - Use this tray to hold the Promotional tiles that were included in the UP/Down expansion. On this tray you will also find a spot for the really tiny Theme/VP cards from the base game in case you use those. I don't think they make sleeves that small, so I don't know if this will accommodate those. Also in this tray you can store the First Player and Round Tracker pawns, as well as the two tokens used in the Tableau version of the game. Promo guests and Milestones - Self explanatory - hold those two decks of cards. Objective, Theme, & VP - This has 4 slots. There is space for base game objectives, a space for Up/Down objectives, and then slots for the larger VP and Theme cards that came with Up/Down if you prefer those Coins - with there being only 2 values of coins, I just went with 1 box for all of them. I just dump them out onto the table. This is also where I store the game's D20. Improvement Tiles - There is a small spot for Up/Down tiles, a spot for Monuments, and the two larger spots hold the rest. Servant Tray - this holds all servants from both the base game on one side, and the Up/Down on the other. This is the most time consuming part of teardown because it works best if the are all laying flat.... but they all fit. It's really not a big deal. Starter Guests & Solo - self explanatory, I also put the Fairchild's on top of the starter guests. Casual & Prestige Guests - again, self explanatory. That is the breakdown of all of the pieces for the insert. I wrap the bag around the Estate boards and put that up top. With this being such a nice quality game, I wanted to have an insert that felt sturdy, so there are parts of this that are probably a little overkill, but it is how I wanted it to be. This adds quite a bit of weight to the box, so I recommend storing it the way that I have picture, especially if storing vertically so that the weight of the plastic is not resting on the family boxes in any way. Once all the pieces are in the box, the supply board, two Round Tracker boards, and all rulebooks and glossaries, should sit on top and keep it all in place. Hope you all enjoy it.
