This reed tip cutter uses a single edge razor blade to cut. 4x 40mm x 4mm cap screws to assemble and a 6mm nylon bolt to lock the reed holder. A mm ruler is cut down and glued onto the base. The blade is locked with a 3mm x 12mm countersunk cap screw and a 3mm nut. You will also need a couple of 6mm x 12mm long compression springs under the blade holder
