Obnoxious Noise Maker

I dug up some data that suggests incredibly loud sounds make use of varied nerves and thus necessitate reduced airflow to produce more perceived noise. This results in a whistling tone coupled with what I can only liken to a hose paired with a horn's trumpet-like end. My prototype isn't printed out yet, so some testing will soon get underway. 11/3/2015: Conducted whistle print test. Found the walls too flimsy for air insulation that yields reliable results. Adjusted wall thickness upwards.
