I created a printable replica of Obi-Wan's lightsaber from the original Star Wars film, using online schematics as my guide and Design Spark Mechanical for design work. By carefully crafting clearance fits into each part, I ensured that it would assemble smoothly, although some minor sanding may be necessary to achieve a seamless fit. Many components require glue for assembly, allowing enthusiasts to bring this iconic prop to life in their own hands.
