OBDII Connector End Replacement

OBDII Connector End Replacement

thingiverse

I work at a dealership which uses MDIs, VCMs, Snap-On scan tools, etc. Our Solus connector end broke off and we risked damaging the pins without the OBDII connector sleeve, and it's been ordered from Snap-On for 10 weeks. Time to make it on my own. Simple: print in 100% infill TPU, put some E6000 or super glue on the larger faces of the connector, and slide it on. I have confirmed that this connector end replacement will work for Snap-On, GM MDI, and Ford VCM/II/III/VMM. Live long, and prop spin!
