This OBD2 connector design is present in some devices like the ELM327 CAN bus readers. It has 4 notches to attach itself to the case of the device. I designed it from one I got from Amazon.Unlike the designs with a slot all around the connector, this one is meant to go into a case, so that the device can sit on top of the female port.
