This Part is a Backup Fan for the Hot End Heat Sink. Each fan has a limited lifespan of around tens of thousands of hours, after which it may start to make some noise due to wear and tear or accumulation of dust, signaling that the fan might soon get stuck. Requiring lubrication or replacement could become necessary. In most hot ends with full or half-metal designs, the backup fan for the heat sink is absolutely indispensable. Although replacing it isn't a major concern before starting a print, failure during printing could lead to printer damage from obstructed filament. This spare fan acts as a safety net by continuing operation when the primary fan stops or malfunctions, enabling the user to complete prints without disrupting production and maintain a cool heat sink.
