When importing these materials into other formats like FBX, OBJ, 3DS, DXF, or DWG, manual texture reapplication is necessary due to their stored placement within the master .maxzip file. To make all textures from a single material instantly accessible in an FBX scene without needing extra effort for their location and correct alignment on each element of the object that's included into that file as being already done before saving everything off for users elsewhere by manually redoing these positions which had taken considerable amount effort back originally here at first now, they reside collectively under a root directory waiting to get easily plugged in anytime you're needing anything added beyond its given scope initially there by default only meant only.
