I built this after buying the O16.5 mineral wagon sold by Peco, only to find that the kit fell short in many areas. This model was carefully measured directly off of the original kit, with a few updates based on photographic reference images. This model features NEM pockets at standard height and is designed to accommodate Hornby 12.5mm wheelsets. However, the axleboxes will need to be reamed out for smooth running, I highly recommend using the DCC Concepts axle reamer for this purpose.
