O-Ring Mould

You can 3D print this mold to create your own custom O-Ring for waterproof projects. I'm not sure if it's an effective sealing ring, but feel free to try and share your experience with the community in the comments. This particular mold is designed to produce a size O-Ring, measuring 19 inches in diameter by 16 inches in outer diameter, and 15 inches in inner diameter. Alternatively, you can use another mold that produces an O-Ring with a 1-inch outer diameter and a 13-inch inner diameter of 26 inches. The mold itself is square in shape, but I opted for the circular design because it's easier to assemble the two pieces correctly. To create the O-Rings, you'll need silicone moulding paste. When removing the circular O-Ring from the mold, use a screw (M3) or any other object that fits through the hole to push the top off and release the ring.
