O-ring for card shuffler v3

O-ring for the shuffler, in case you want to try to print it in TPU. I haven't gotten it working particularly well myself, using 95A TPU, but that might be an artifact of the cards I have on hand or something else being off. A softer material would probably be easier to stretch to fit onto the rollers and might catch the cards better. Let me know if it works if you give it a try!
