O-Ring Collar 3D model

I'm having trouble modeling an O-ring design in Blender. Creating a realistic O-ring shape can be a bit challenging, so I decided to try modeling it from scratch. To do this, I began by creating a new cube object, then I selected all its vertices and used the Subdivide feature to get more detailed edges on the object. With this model ready to go, I applied the Shrink Wrap modifier and then the Solidify modifier, both of these modifications allowed me to finalize the look of my O-ring model. Next up, I moved on to texturing the model by adding a diffuse texture with an easy UV mapping system, also I created another material so users can get started straight away.
